Get answers to common questions about Vacuum BBL Therapy.

Each Vacuum BBL Therapy appointment includes two 30-minute sessions (60 minutes total) focused on legs, thighs, and buttocks. Treatments include vacuum suction, wood therapy, and cup application for lift and firming; allow brief consultation and prep time.

Vacuum BBL Therapy should not be performed while menstruating or breastfeeding due to increased sensitivity and circulation changes. Please reschedule outside these periods. Discuss any medical concerns, recent surgery, or pregnancy with our staff during consultation to ensure your safety.

One 30-minute session on our BBL machine is approximately equal to 1,500 squats; this treatment includes two 30-minute sessions, totaling the equivalent of about 3,000 squats. Results vary per client depending on body composition and consistency with treatments.

Many clients notice immediate lift and plumping after treatment, with continued smoothing and firming over two to six weeks as circulation improves. Optimal results typically appear after a series of sessions combined with healthy habits and maintenance treatments.

Vacuum BBL Therapy can significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite by breaking down fascia and improving skin texture, but results are not permanent. Ongoing maintenance sessions, healthy lifestyle, and hydration help prolong improvements for months to years depending on individual factors.

Common side effects are mild bruising, temporary tenderness, and brief redness in treated areas. Most symptoms resolve within days. Avoid if you have bleeding disorders, active infection, pregnancy, or recent surgery. We screen clients during consultation to confirm candidacy and safety.
