Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Bodied Boss Studio
Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please notify us by text or a call if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours at (267) 496-6661.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late Cancellation / Reschedule (Less than 24 Hours)
Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or changed without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or a rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
All "no shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and the session is forfeited.
Late Arrival
If you're more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule and may be charged a $45 rescheduling fee. This is because you won't receive your full treatment and your session may run into the allotted time of the next client's session.
Why We Have This Policy
We recognize the time of our clients and therapists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Important Reminders
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which may result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.
Menstrual Cycle Notice
Please remember your menstrual cycle is your responsibility to schedule around your appointments. Cancellations outside of the 24-hour policy for your menstrual cycle will still require a $45 rescheduling fee.
Package & Payment Policy
- Once your package is made, you cannot downgrade. All sales are final.
- If you want to switch sessions, the treatments must be the same value unless you want to upgrade your package.
- We offer packages at a discounted rate. If you choose a payment plan, your payments are due on schedule.
- If your payment is due on a day that you miss, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, your payment is still required to be paid on that day/schedule or a $75 late fee will be applied to your payment.
